Go to www.cargoportalservices.com and click on the “Register for CPS” link on the CPS homepage then follow the below steps:

Go to “Section 1 - User Details” and enter all the mandatory fields marked with asterisk (*)
Note: For field level details please refer User Guide under Resource menu
Click Privacy Notice and then click the check box to accept it
Go to “Section 2 - Branch Reference Details” and and click on REGISTER NEW BRANCH. A new page “Register New Branch” will be displayed.
On Register New Branch page in “Section 1 - Branch Details” enter all the mandatory fields marked with asterisk (*)
On Register New Branch page in “Section 2 - CPS Carriers Access Request” select one or more carriers by checking the boxes alongside. For each selection, enter your organization’s Account Number/IATA Number and then click on ADD
Click on CREATE BRANCH to submit your request
A pop-up window will be displayed and CPS will send an email request to the carrier(s) advising them of your access request. Until approved by each carrier, which will usually happen within 24 hours, you will only have access to the unsecured functions. You will then receive an email indicating whether the request was approved or denied. If approved, this email will include the Branch Reference Number that is a unique identifier of your branch office and which identifies your branch to all carriers on CPS. You will then have access to the secure functions of CPS
